So the big day arrives. We’ve all been waiting for two years to have access to it. It has been hyped as the greatest thing since the introduction of Tide (with bleach). But when most DirecTV subscribers tuned to channel 616 today, they got nothin but a black screen with a blue text box saying, “Channel not Purchased (721).”
Kudos again to Mountain West Conference Commissioner Craig “HAIR” Thompson. You finally agreed to terms with a satellite company and you can’t deliver. Surprise, surprise.
Are you in the MWC footprint and experienced this problem? No problem. Call up D* customer service and ask them to re-authorize your satellite receivers. You’ll be watching the Academy Award winning programming offered by the mtn network in no time at all.

Are you kidding me? You blame Thompson because DirecTV didn’t get The Mtn. working in your neck of the woods at the correct time. You have to be smarter than that. He has nothing to do with that. I don’t call the HBO president and blame him when the PPV I order isn’t working. It’s the opertators issue. Get real buddy and stop blaming just people just because you’re angry at life.
